Breach or default by any party of any of the terms obligations, covenants, representations or warranties under this Contract which are not waived in writing by the non-defaulting party. In such case, the non-defaulting party shall notify the other of such alleged breach or default and the other party shall he a period of thirty (30) days to cure the same.

如果任何一方違反或違約本合同下的任何條款、義務(wù)、契約、陳述或保證，而這些不是被非違約方書面豁免的，那么在這種情況下，非違約方應(yīng)通知另一方該所謂的違約或違約，并給予對方30天的時間來糾正。
