We are trying to use this display to show a clerk name and the turn number that previously take a customer from a printer (that prints numbers sequentially from 00 to 99 and after 99 begins again with 00). It is a queing control system. Our software take control of the clerk name the turn number and stores the sequence. What we are requiring is that the clerk name and turn number that are stored in sequence, be writted (by our software) on your specified file that has the information to be showed on the LED display and then from our software can send a sentence or instruction that pass that information to the display.

Then we will require that you can give us access to your file where the information to be displayed is stored and to run your small program or instruction that passes the information stored in your file to the display.

Can you send us a demo or example program in which we can get that kind of access? Or send the software with which you handle your moving signs? Whatsmore we don't need moving characters, they can be static.
