今天到一封客人的要我發(fā)送Cataloge,可是我們公司沒有cataloge,經(jīng)理只給我們一些 QUOTATION .里面包含的有產(chǎn)品和價(jià)格這個(gè)內(nèi)容
我可以把這個(gè)報(bào)價(jià)單發(fā)給客人嗎。
另外,客人就只有簡單的一句話(Please send an e-catalog.)我要怎么回復(fù)他還能?

Catalog 和 quotation sheet 不是一個(gè)意思。Catalog是一種包含產(chǎn)品信息和圖片的目錄,類似于產(chǎn)品目錄;而quotation sheet 是報(bào)價(jià)單,包含的是產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格和相關(guān)信息。
如果你的公司沒有Catalog,你可以回復(fù)客人并說明這點(diǎn),告知客人只有Quotation sheet可提供,Quotation sheet是可以發(fā)給客人的。你可以這么回復(fù)客人:Dear customer thank you for your inquiry. Our company doesn't have a catalog at present but we do have a quotation sheet with detailed information about our products and prices. I am happy to send you a copy of our latest quotation sheet. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
