不知道這個是怎么操作的，如果是提單交由銀行客戶付款單的話就有點像信用證的操作方式了

如果是信用證的話倒是沒什么問題，注意操作就好了

方法倒是可行，但是作為本人來說是不會接受這種付款方式的

貨到客戶那邊，有任何的小問題都有可能扣你10%的款

簡單來說，貨到客戶手里了，剩下那10%他付跟不付完全看他意愿
