在本月我司有一票貨出往科威特，客人有如下要求，想請(qǐng)教下，謝謝先。

：46： document required:

1) signed commercial invoices in quadruplicate

original to be authenticated by chamber of commerce。

商業(yè)一式四份要簽署，正本那份需商會(huì)認(rèn)證。

此要包含內(nèi)容(a)(b)(c)(d)(e).

其中（a)中有提到一點(diǎn)：

harmonic system code for each item(這個(gè)hs code是用我們的還是用目的國(guó)那邊的海關(guān)編碼呢）

另(e)中需證明（i)(ii)(iii),應(yīng)該是在下方打上如下話即可：

"we hereby certify that

(i) each price and /or packing unit and /or case has a non-detachable and non-alterable mark? ???indicating the country of origin? ? (ii)??the shipping mark( if any)has been marked on the goods/packages。（iii) one copy of each document as called for under field 46(a) and field 47(a),47(b) if any, has been sent to applicant by fax and /or "

2） certificate of origin in duplicate issued and signed or authenticated by the chamber of commerce? ? of the exporting country（原產(chǎn)地證書一式2份，由出口國(guó)的商會(huì)發(fā)行且簽署或認(rèn)證。
