As per company's policy, samples will be offered free of charge, but the shipping cost is at client's account. When you place order, we will return this shipping cost accordingly.
We plan to send 6mm and 12mm board for your checking. If it's fine for you, the door-to-door cost is US$39 in total by Dpex with 4 working days delivery time. Please confirm.

因?yàn)槲业漠a(chǎn)品價(jià)值比較低,小樣品都是免費(fèi)的,最近發(fā)的幾個(gè)客戶(hù)都由于不愿意付樣品快遞費(fèi)的問(wèn)題無(wú)法繼續(xù)進(jìn)行,有時(shí)感覺(jué)連快遞費(fèi)都不愿意付的客戶(hù)估計(jì)也沒(méi)多大誠(chéng)意配合,但是就這樣放棄掉又覺(jué)得有點(diǎn)可惜。這種情況大家都怎么?
這種情況可以考慮通過(guò)其他方式來(lái)解決樣品快遞費(fèi)的問(wèn)題。例如,可以在訂單中加入樣品費(fèi)用,并在客戶(hù)支付訂單時(shí)一并結(jié)算?;蛘呖梢詤f(xié)商讓客戶(hù)先支付樣品快遞費(fèi)用,如果他們后續(xù)下單,可以在訂單中抵扣這部分費(fèi)用。另外,還可以考慮提供虛擬樣品或者視頻展示等方式來(lái)展示產(chǎn)品,以便客戶(hù)進(jìn)行初步評(píng)估。總之,應(yīng)該盡力找到解決方案,以便更好地與客戶(hù)合作。
謝謝建議,印度客戶(hù)給我的印象也是很不好,問(wèn)的很多,成交的好少。
如果產(chǎn)品價(jià)格不高,可以不要樣品費(fèi),但是不付運(yùn)費(fèi)那這個(gè)客人質(zhì)量也不高
