請問各位知道的外貿(mào)大神。捷克這個(gè)國家是不是不允許t/t ，只能信用證，而且他要120天信用證？ 120天肯定不可能，請問我們該怎么？

說他們國家不允許預(yù)付款，請問有過這個(gè)國家貨的朋友么？謝謝了，著急！

we he already started procedure of l/c opening. as you may not know??from the past czech republic??- czech state - is not granting any down payment and payment term for whole delivery towards us as supplier is effected in 60 days from the date of machine commissioning what means from the date when we hand over all machines and equipment to the customer by protocol signed by representative of the buyer and representative of our company.

1/ your machines are a part of big deal with czech statr – delivery for tchools and payment term from the state is 90 days from the date when we hand over machines to them. by law there is no down payment allowed – this term is valid for all contracts with czech republic.

2/ for such case our bank will open an irrevocable l/c deffered by 120-130 days only because there is no other chance.
