1. confirming the documents by the iraqi embassy in begging and then send

them by dhl to our office in baghdad .the procedure is that the supplier

provide us with the original certificate of origin which has been issued by

the ccpit and also the supplier will provide us the commercial invoice

packing list , bill of lading and the bv report . you should take the

original copy of certificate of origin ,original copy of commercial invoice

a copy of bill of lading and copy of packing list and a copy of bv report

to embassy and they will review all the douments but only stamp and sign the

certificate of origin and commercial invoice ( please see attached one

samplet that has been signed and stamped by embassy before )and will give

you back . then you will send us the confirmed documents with the iraqi

embassy and also the other documents like packing list ,bill of lading and

bv report to us .

this confirmation may will be done in one day or 2 days as the embassy will

tell you .

2. we he a contract with a company in shanghi for purchasing 400 tons cold

rolls steel (i he attached the specification ) we need you to inspect

these material and check them if they meet the specification mentioned in

the contract or not ?
